  • Position Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of the business strategy and business plan for the region in line with the general company strategy;
  • Prepare the sales forecasts on monthly, quarterly, yearly basis;
  • Drive the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;
  • Generate ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;
  • Prepare analysis of the competitors’ behavior;
  • Manage annual negotiations with accounts for setting business terms and conditions;
  • Lead the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of the receivables;
  • Responsible for the products/categories distribution and in store execution;
  • Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordance with the corporate templates;
  • Advises on the product positioning and pricing strategy;
  • Regular customer visits in the region;

 

  • Position Requirements:
  • Education - University degree in economics/engineering or another related field;
  • Professional experience:
  • 8 years sales experience, 3-5 of which in professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/systems, domestic appliances or other installation products;
  • B2B selling experience;
  • Computer literacy – MS Office;
  • Experience in an international company would be an advantage;
  • Languages:
  • Native Spanish;
  • Excellent English both written and spoken;
  • Portuguese is an advantage;

  • Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined and result-oriented individual;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
  • Outgoing, open and honest personality;
