In order to continue our mission, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated person to work at the position of Sales Manager North of Poland based in Gdańsk or surrounding areas.

 

Position Profile: 

  • Research and analyses the market of electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, heat pumps, fun coil units and electric heating appliances
  • Participates in the development of a business strategy and a plan for the North of Poland (West Pomeranian, Pomeranian, Warmian-Mazurian, Kyuavian voivodeships) in line with the general corporate strategy
  • Advises on the product positioning and pricing strategy for the Polish market
  • Drives the implementation of the business strategy and plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets
  • Proactively identifies, negotiate and start cooperation with new customers in modern and traditional trade
  • Regular customer visits in region
  • Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio
  • Leads the regular sales to customers in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of receivables
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports in accordance with the corporate templates

 

Position Requirements:

  • Education - University degree in economics/engineering or another related field
  • Languages -Native Polish & Excellent English both written and spoken
  • Professional experience:

o 3 – 5 years sales experience, two of which in professional equipment, renewable energy products/systems, heat pumps, heating, air conditioning, electric water heaters, electric appliances or other installation products;

o Business-to-business selling experience

o Experience in collaboration with Traditional and/or Modern trade customers

Computer literacy – MS Office

Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined and result-oriented individual

Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills

Outgoing, open and honest personality
