Responsibilities:

Researches and analyses the market of electric water heaters, indirectly heated water tanks, heat pump water heaters and electric heating appliances;

Consults in the development of the company’s strategy and business plan for the Nordic markets in line with the corporate strategy;

Advises on the product positioning, pricing policy and other commercial conditions and approach to the market;

Drives the implementation of the business strategy and plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;

Focus on in-store execution and POS presence of all TESY’s product categories all over the market

Proactively identifies, negotiate and start cooperation with new customers;

Regular meetings with current customers from traditional, professional and DIY market channels;

Organizes and leads trainings and presentations of the TESY brand(s) and products in the market;

Conducting local promotions with customers in Baltic markets;

Manages relationships with the customers in Baltic markets;

Generates ideas and proposals for development of the product portfolio;

Leads the preparation of sales forecasts and the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of receivables;

Prepares regular and ad hoc reports in accordance with the corporate templates.

 

Requirements:

 

University degree in economics, technical or another relevant subject;

Professional experience:

o Minimum 3-5 years sales experience; 2 of them in sales of professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, electric appliances or other installation products;

o B2B selling experience;

Language skills: Lithuanian– native and excellent command of English, both written and spoken; Latvian and Estonian are plus;

Computer literacy: MS Office;

Interpersonal skills:

o Result-oriented individual, disciplined, dedicated;

o Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;

o Outgoing, open and honest personality;

o Strong team player;

o Willing to regularly travel in the market and abroad.
