Production Mаnаger
- Responsibilities:
- Organize, plan, manage, and monitor the production process.
- Interpret the production plan and effectively utilize resources to deliver the plan on time and in full.
- Communicate with all internal functions to ensure the delivery of the production schedule is completed on time.
- Effectively and efficiently utilize all available labor and materials across the production function.
- Ensure product quality through effective quality management systems, processes and procedures.
- Control costs of the department within the agreed budgets and the changing needs of the business, statutory requirements and customer policy.
- Ensure all mechanical assets are kept in working order. Regular servicing of equipment, routine checks, repair work, and replacement of worn or nonfunctional parts are performed in timely manner.
- Monitor the compliance with health and safety rules, and to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff, and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Utilise data from all relevant systems/tools to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure all employees are fully trained against all health and safety regulations and all standard operating procedures and training records are up to date.
- Maintain a culture of continuous development and improvement.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Minimum 2 years of proven manufacturing engineering experience
- English - fluent
- Expert user of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proven assembly process experience (automated methods included) - will be considered an advantage
- Solid understanding of Lean Principles (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED) - will be considered an advantage
- Solid Project Management skills and experience
- Excellent communications skills
