Sales Manager Key Accounts

 

 

Position Profile:

  • Participate in the development of the business strategy and business plan for the Bulgarian  market in line with the general company  strategy;
  • Prepare the sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis;
  • Drive the implementation of the business strategy and business plan, aiming to achieve the sales and gross margin targets;
  • Generate ideas and proposals for the development of the product portfolio;
  • Prepare analysis of the competitors’ behaviour;
  • Manage annual negotiations with Key Accounts for setting business terms and conditions;
  • Lead the regular sales to clients in accordance with the sales plans and the collection of the receivables;
  • Responsible for the product/categories distribution and in-store execution;
  • Prepare regular  reports in accordance with the corporate templates;

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • Education: University degree in economics, technical science or other major suitable for the position;
  • Professional experience:
    • 3 - 5 years in business-to-business sales, where the experience with the sales of any of the following would be an advantage: professional equipment, heating, air conditioning, renewable energy products/ systems, domestic appliances or other installation products, FMCG;
    • experience in an international company would also be an advantage;
  • Language skills: native Bulgarian and excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
  • Computer literacy: MS Office;
  • Inter-personal skills:
    • Self-starter, dedicated, disciplined, and result-oriented individual;
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
    • Ability to solve problems effectively, and meet deadlines;
    • Outgoing, open, and honest personality;
